Haven for Hope of Bexar County is seeking proposals from qualified providers to deliver Bridge Psychiatric Services to adult clients on our Transformational Campus. These services are critical for ensuring continuity of care as individuals transition between levels of mental health support. (Link to full RFP below).
Proposal Submission Deadline: Interested parties should submit their proposals by 5:00 PM, Wednesday, December 4, 2024, via email to David Huete (David.huete@havenforhope.org).

Scope of Services:
• Psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care.
• Both telehealth and in-person service options are required.
Eligibility Requirements:
• Licensed and accredited to practice psychiatry in Texas.
• Minimum two years of experience working with vulnerable populations.
• Proven ability to provide culturally competent care.
Submission Requirements:
• Organization background and qualifications.
• Service delivery approach (telehealth and in-person).
• Staffing plan and cost proposal.
• References from similar projects.
